The Potomac Club features a six-lane heated
Indoor Pool open year-round. Lansdowne on the Potomac offers two
Outdoor Pools. The Potomac Club features a resort-style pool with beach-entry, baby pool, three mushroom water fountains, several bubble fountains, and a sand volleyball court. The Coton Club features six-lane pool, beach-entry baby pool, and home to the award-winning
Lansdowne Lightning Swim Team. The Outdoor Pools are open daily from 10AM - 6PM (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day).

Event Space
Enjoy your special function, event, business meeting, birthday party, or wedding reception in the rich history of the Coton Barn, now the Potomac Club. The rental possibilities at the Potomac Club include the main conference room in a private setting that seats 10 to 12 people, the lower lounge for smaller parties that accommodates up to 16 people, and the Gardner Ballroom on the top level for your larger functions and business meetings. The Club offers access to a kitchen, seating area with a fireplace, bathrooms, and a coatroom.
Gameroom
Residents can enjoy a game of pool, ping pong, foosball, or air hockey.
Tennis Courts and Pickleball Court
Three tennis courts (completely renovated in 2019) and one pickleball court are available.

There are five (5) tot lots located throughout Lansdowne on the Potomac in the following areas:
