Monday - Friday from 6AM - 9PM | Saturday - Sunday from 9AM - 8PM (normal business hours, holiday hours will differ)
The Potomac Club features a six-lane heated indoor pool open year-round. Lansdowne on the Potomac offers two outdoor pools, one at the Potomac Club featuring a resort-style pool with beach-entry, baby pool, three mushroom water fountains, bubble fountains, and a sand volleyball court. The Coton Club features six-lane pool, beach-entry baby pool, and home to the award-winning Lansdowne Lightning Swim Team. The Outdoor Pools are open daily from 10am to 8pm, from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
Enjoy your special function, event, business meeting, birthday party, or wedding reception in the rich history of the Coton Barn, now the Potomac Club. The rental possibilities at the Potomac Club include the main conference room in a private setting that seats 10 to 12 people, the lower lounge for smaller parties that accommodates up to 16 people, and the Gardner Ballroom on the top level for your larger functions and business meetings. The Club accommodates up to 100 people and offers access to a kitchen, seating area with a fireplace, bathrooms, and a coatroom.
Residents can enjoy a game of pool, ping pong, foosball, or air hockey.

Lansdowne’s location along the Potomac River offers water lovers and outdoor enthusiasts a place to fish, hike, canoe, and kayak. Access is available at the Elizabeth Mills Riverfront Park and the Kephart Bridge Landing which is located just off Riverpoint Drive in Lansdowne. Residents can also access the Potomac Heritage Scenic Trail
