The Lansdowne on the Potomac Homeowners Association is professionally managed by Community Association Management Professionals (CAMP). CAMP provides the HOA with a General Manager, along with permanent staff members who handle covenants, communications, events, and facilities and grounds maintenance. CAMP also provides a support services staff for the Potomac Club.
The HOA is also governed by a 5-member Board of Directors, comprised entirely of Lansdowne homeowners. These volunteer board members serve staggered terms, and elections for open seats on the board are held each November in conjunction with the HOA's annual meeting.
There are nine duly authorized HOA committees: Activities; Communications; Covenants; Facilities and Grounds; Finance and Budget; Master Plan Project; Parking; Technology; and Safety & Security. All committees are volunteer-based, with an ex-officio management staff member and a Board of Directors liaison assigned to each.
