Phone Services
OpenBand is a truly local entity, dedicated to customer attention. OpenBand provides Local, Long Distance and Optional Call Services over a traditional network design. Smart Neighborhood residents should call OpenBand two weeks prior to move-in to order services and schedule activation. Call Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at (703) 961-1110.

Cable Television
OpenBand is Loudoun County’s only High Definition Television (HDTV) provider. HDTV and Digital Video Recording (DVR) services are available to all Lansdowne on the Potomac residents. These premium options enhance a standard package that already includes 130 channels of leading television programming and commercial free digital music. There are selections for every member of the family, and an analog tier full of great family programming is accessible at every TV tap without a digital set-top receiver. Customers also have access to over 40 channels of Premium
Programming and Pay-Per-View selections.

Internet
OpenBand's Glass Mile Internet service brings the Internet to you like never before. Our Smart Neighborhood design solves the infamous last mile issues related to residential high speed Internet. We provide fiber optics from our local Central Office (CO) all the way to your new home. No longer worry with DSL availability, modems or extra phone lines. OpenBand’s always-on Glass Mile connection is networked throughout the house for the whole family. Note: All computers or networked devices must have an Ethernet Network Interface Card (NIC) to use Glass Mile service. NICs are available through most local electronics retailers.
