Ballfields/Multipurpose Fields
The ballfields and multipurpose fields are located in River Oaks behind Belmont Middle School.

Basketball Courts
Basketball Courts are currently available for play at the Belmont Middle School.

Tennis Courts
There are three (3) tennis courts on Kipheart Drive in Lansdowne, across from the ballfields. 

Parks
*  Waterside Park
*  Canoe/Kayak Park
*  Riverfront Park

Community trails connect to Heritage Trail and three parks. Heritage Trail, Riverfront Park, Waterside Park, and Canoe & Kayak Park are scheduled to come on-line by Spring 2006.

Community Trail/Heritage Trail
The developer is also working with the county on clearing the Heritage Trail. In October and November a group of volunteers joined together to construct a segment of the Potomac Heritage National Scenic Trail along Goose Creek.
