Note* All rental fees must be submitted when the contract is executed.
$25 per hour, minimum fee of $50 (2 hours). $50 security deposit (to hold a date, the resident must submit the deposit amount and the signed rental contract).
Persons who rent the Conference room are responsible for removing all trash and personal effects following the conclusion of an event.
