Enjoy your special function, event, business meeting or wedding reception in the rich history of the Coton Barn, now your Potomac Club. The rental possibilities at the Potomac Club include the main conference room in a private setting that seats 10 to 15 people, and the Gardner Ballroom on the top level for your larger functions and business meetings. The Club offers access to a kitchen, seating area with a fireplace, bathrooms, and a coatroom.

Reasonable fees are now available for special business meetings, conferences and workshops during business hours.

$100 per hour, minimum fee of $400 (4 hours).

$100 mandatory cleaning fee.

$500 security deposit (to hold a date, the resident must submit the deposit amount, the ballroom fees amount, and the signed rental contract).

$50 kitchen fee (if applicable). 

Only Lansdowne on the Potomac residents may rent the Ballroom and are responsible for removing all trash and personal effects following the conclusion of an event.

Rental Fees
The Potomac Club is offering adjusted Ballroom rates for residents who wish to hold business meetings, workshops and small conferences during business hours.

$50 per hour, minimum fee of $100 (2 hours).

$100 Security Deposit (to hold a date, the resident must submit the deposit amount and the signed rental contract).

$25 Set-up fee (if applicable).

$50 Kitchen fee (if applicable).
