To sign up for your resident website account follow these steps:

*  Click on “New Resident? Sign up here” under Resident Services menu.
*  Complete the required fields: 
          -  First Name 
          -  Last Name 
          -  Street Address 
          -  City 
          -  State 
          -  Zip Code
*  Choose a sign -n name.
*  Enter a password and confirm it.
*  Enter your preferred contact e-mail address.
*  Click on "Agree to the Terms of Services."

By default your listing information will NOT be displayed in the community directory. 
If you wish to change this setting take the following steps.  Remember—the directory is only viewable by residents that have signed into the site, not to the public at large.
          *  Make sure you are currently signed in.
          *  Click on “My Profile” in the upper right hand section of the page.
          *  To display just your listing click on “Edit” next to your listing name.
          *  You can also edit each individual contact listed by clicking on “Edit” next to the contact
              name.  Here you can decide what information you wish to display in the directory like 
              e-mail address, phone number, etc.

By default up to two contacts have been added to the directory, normally the home owner(s).  If you wish to add additional members, i.e. children, tenants, etc. take the following steps:
          *  Make sure you are currently signed in.
          *  Click on “My Profile” in the upper right hand section of the page.
          *  Click on "Add."
          *  Select the proper contact role.
          *  Complete the desired fields making sure to select or deselect the "Display in Directory"
              options
          *  Click "Save" when finished.
          *  This new contact can sign up for a username by following the directions at the
              beginning of this document.
